Fundraisers must be booked at least 30 days in advance through our Marketing Department.

Fundraisers are only available on Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday evening from 5:00-8:00pm

Promote your event to friends, family, and your network to maximize participation and donations.

Yes, supporters should mention your organization during checkout so sales can be counted toward your fundraiser.

Rudy’s donates 15% of mentioned pre-tax sales directly back to your organization.

Schools, sports teams, churches, nonprofits, and community organizations can all participate.

A donation check will be issued within 14 business days of the conclusion of the event.
